KLARSKIN collects and uses your personal data exclusively in the framework of the provisions of data protection law which apply in the Federal Republic of Germany. The following explanations provide information about the way in which personal data is collected and used as well as the extent of such collection and use and its purpose. This information can be read at any time on our website.

Data communication and recording for intrasystem and statistical purposes

For technical reasons your Internet browser automatically conveys data to our web server every time you visit our website. Among other things your browser sends data about the date and time at which our website was visited, the URL of the referencing web page, the files accessed, the volume of data sent, the type and version of browser used, the operating system and your IP address. This data is stored separately from other data which is entered when using our offer. We are not able to assign this data to specific persons. The data is used for statistical purposes and subsequently deleted.

Customer basic data

If a contractual relationship is created between us and you or if the contents of such a contractual relationship are established or altered, we collect and use personal data from you to the extent that this is necessary for such purposes. If instructed to do so by the responsible authorities we shall be able in specific cases to provide information about such data (customer basic data) where the provision of such data is required for the purposes of criminal investigations, to avert dangers, to comply with the statutory duties of authorities for the protection of the constitution of the Federal Armed Forces Counterintelligence Office of for the purposes of asserting rights to intellectual property.

Usage data 

We collect and use your personal data where this is necessary to enable you to use our Internet service and to settle charges for the same (usage data). These include but are not limited to characteristics used to identify you as well as information about the times at which you start and finish using our service and the extent to which you make use of it. If you have provided us with personal data we only use such data in response to your queries, to process contracts concluded with you and for technical administration. Your personal data shall only be disclosed to third parties or otherwise communicated if this is necessary for the purpose of performing the contract - including but not limited to communicating order data to suppliers - and of making settlement or if you have consented in advance. You have the right to revoke your consent with effect for the future at any time. 
Stored personal data is deleted whenever you revoke your consent to this storage, whenever knowledge of such data is no longer required to meet the purpose of which the data has been stored or if such data cannot be stored for any other legal reasons.

If you subscribe to our newsletter your e-mail address will be used for internal advertising purposes until such time as you cancel your subscription to the newsletter. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Cookies 

In order to extend the functional scope of our Internet service and to make it easier for you to use, we make use of "cookies". Use of Facebook social plugins 

Our website uses social plugins ("plugins") for the social network facebook.com, which is run by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are identified with  a Facebook logo or with "Facebook Social Plugin." If you access a web page on our website which includes such a plugin, your browser establishes direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is sent from Facebook directly to your  browser and then integrated in the website. The integration of plugins provides Facebook with the information that you have accessed the corresponding page on our website. If you are logged on to Facebook your visit can be assigned by Facebook to your Facebook account. If you interact with the plugins, by for example using the "Like" button or by adding a comment, the corresponding information will be sent from your browser directly to Facebook where it will be stored. The purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of data by Facebook and your rights and data privacy setting options in this regard are detailed in Facebook's own privacy policy. If you do not wish Facebook to collect information about you via our website you must logout from Facebook before going to our website.

Right to information

You have the right as user of our website to demand information about the personal data or data concerning your pseudonym which we have stored. Such information may be issued electronically on request.

Revocation of consent

You may have explicitly consented as follows during the course of the order process. We wish to draw your attention to the fact that you are entitled to revoke your consent with effect for the future at any time.

Permission to advertise by e-mail 

„I would like to receive interesting offers regularly by e-mail. My e-mail address shall not be passed on to other companies. I am entitled to revoke this consent to use my e-mail for advertising purposes at any time by clicking the 'Unsubscribe' link at the end of the newsletter of by deactivating the appropriate option in the member area."

Security notice 

We endavour to take all the necessary technical and organisational measures to store your personal data in a way which makes them inaccessible for third parties. It is not, however, possible to guarantee complete data security when communicating by e-mail.

Candidate and application data

With applications sent we process your personal data like your name, address and relevant information from your resume. The purpose of the processing is to carry out the application process. The legal basis of this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. If you send us your application via any application portal your data will be processed to and by us. Your data can also be processed by our computer service provider. The data will be deleted 6 months after the application process.

Zweck der Verarbeitung ist das Ermöglichen der Kontaktaufnahme. Die Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Die Daten werden von unserem Hostingdienstleister verarbeitet und dort nicht gespeichert. Nach der Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens werden die Informationen aus dem Kontaktformular gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzliche Speicherfriste bestehen.

Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft über die Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten, sowie auf Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung. Sie haben ebenfalls ein Recht auf Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung sowie auf Datenübertragbarkeit. Sie haben das Recht auf das Einreichen einer Beschwerde bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde. Es besteht keine gesetzliche Verpflichtung zur Bereitstellung der personenbezogenen Daten. Es besteht eine vertragliche Notwendigkeit, basierend auf den oben genannten Zwecken. Bei Nichtbereitstellung der personenbezogenen Daten kann die Webseite nicht besucht werden. Es findet keine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung statt.

Bewerberdaten

Wenn Sie uns eine Bewerbung senden, verarbeiten wir Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, z. B. Ihren Namen, Ihre Anschrift und die Informationen aus Ihrem Lebenslauf. Zweck der Verarbeitung ist die Durchführung des Bewerbungsprozesses. Die Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Wenn Sie uns Ihre Bewerbung über ein Bewerbungsportal senden, werden Ihre Daten zur Übertragung an uns vom Bewerbungsportal verarbeitet. Ihre Daten können ebenfalls von unserem EDV-Dienstleister verarbeitet werden. Die Daten werden 6 Monate nach Ablauf des Bewerbungsprozesses gelöscht.
